Eli advises high net worth families and privately owned businesses across taxation, business advisory, family office, international tax and corporate advisory. Clients value the clarity of his counsel and the ease with which he explains difficult matters — and they value, above all, that he keeps his word. His advice, guidance and opinion are sought, and taken seriously, because over many years they have proven reliable.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Accounting from Monash University — where he studied on scholarship — Eli began his career in the finance department of Amcor, preparing budgets and management accounts. He went on to the chartered firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and, in turn, Ernst & Young, gaining broad experience across business services, taxation, transaction services and consulting. Over six years with those firms, his technical strength and breadth of knowledge saw him advance quickly to management, where he was responsible for high net worth individuals and large privately owned businesses across a diverse range of industries.

Eli joined Green & Sternfeld in 2006 and became a director in 2010. He brings a holistic approach to every relationship and is an active participant on a number of his clients’ advisory boards. Away from the firm, his interests include music, tennis, advancing his knowledge of his heritage, and time with family and friends.
